Yes i wholeheartedly agree! We talk about it as small big changes- like where you put the worksheets. It’s a small change with big results.

I always forget people can’t understand my brain too !

Plus it takes years to be able to track the impact of change in our data. So if you keep doing more, then it’s hard to track what’s actually making an impact, positive or negative.

Yes exactly. We have built follow up into our next PL so it will be interesting to see the observable impact of one small big thing. We are only introducing one new thing then refining existing practices to then build on later.

I am interested in seeing how we cross the bridge between theory and practice in a special education setting.
